My office is located in Sherman Oaks at 13425 Ventura Blvd, Suite 100, on the corner of Ventura Blvd. and Greenbush, 4 blocks East of Woodman. We are located in Sherman Oaks Health Associates.

I handle all of my own phone calls and appointments.
